This data is based on email enquiries via España Breaks over the last 30 days and shows the interest level in holiday properties throughout Spain and the Canary Islands.

It can be a useful tool to gauge the market appeal of your holiday rental property. As a general rule of thumb the broader your appeal to current enquirers, the easier it will be to generate bookings.

Conversely if you find your property has a more limited appeal you will need to compensate by increasing your marketing efforts and setting prices more carefully.
